Please read our terms of trade below as, by using our website and ordering through us, you agree to them. Please also continue to review our terms of trade as they may change from time to time.


We stand by our quality and will happily replace any fruit and vegetables you consider are not up to scratch (although this will be rare!). Just drop us a line and and let us know of any issues. We will replace any items as soon as possible after discussing with you.

We have the right to refuse any order at any time at our sole discretion.


Delivery of fruit and vegetables will be made on the date and at the address supplied by you (between the hours of 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

We will not be held liable for a late or missed delivery due to issues outside our control such as incorrect or unclear delivery instructions provided by you, traffic jams, severe weather conditions etc. If your home or office has particular delivery instructions, it is the customer’s responsibility to pass those onto us accurately.

Once delivered, the risk passes to you as the customer.

In bad weather, we will endeavour to leave your box in a weather-proof spot consistent with your delivery instructions. However, to the extent that is not possible, we will not be held responsible for weather-damaged goods and reserve the right to make delivery the following day if there is no suitable place to leave the delivery.

We deliver to the area shown on the map found on the FAQs page. If your address is situated within this area, we will not charge a delivery fee. You may contact us to enquire about deliveries outside this area, which may be possible on payment of a delivery fee.


For home deliveries, payment is made online prior to delivery by way of credit or debit card. We do not offer terms of credit or accept any other means of payment without prior arrangement.

For office deliveries, our standard terms are as follows: (a) an invoice is emailed to you automatically upon an order being placed; (b) our invoice is payable within 7 days, subject to alternative terms being agreed; (c) payment may be made by cheque, direct debit, credit card (via our online ordering system) or cash. If paying by way of direct debit, please provide an appropriate reference so that we may identify your payment.

Order times and cancellations

Orders may be made at any time. However, for example, if the order is placed on a Monday afternoon, we may have to make the delivery the following day. While same day delivery is possible if sufficient time is provided (no less than 4 hours), we cannot guarantee same day delivery in every case.

Orders may be cancelled with 24 hours notice and we will refund you in full provided that notice is given.

No reliance

While we obviously do our best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate at all times, we give no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information. The information is also subject to change at any time.

We cannot guarantee that our website is virus-free and are not liable to you for any damage resulting from a virus or similar issue.

Limitation of liability

You acknowledge that your use of this site is at your own risk. Except for liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law, we have no liability to you or any other person of any kind.


This site and its content are protected by copyright and trade marks owned by us. Content must not be used or reproduced (in whole or in part) by any person for any purpose without our express permission.
