What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to the Auckland central business district and to most central Auckland suburbs. If you are outside these areas please contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Is there a delivery charge?

We do not charge a delivery fee to businesses within a 5km radius of the Sky Tower (which we one day hope to turn into a giant fruit kebab).

What are your delivery times?

Our guys are on the run between 7am and 5pm, Monday – Friday (phew!). If you require a delivery at a certain time during the day (say for your office morning tea), please just include this in your delivery instructions. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do what to meet your needs.

Where do you source your produce from?

We make every effort to buy seasonal, fresh local produce. This way, we keep our prices as low as possible and you get better quality and variety.  It also means you are most likely to be buying from New Zealand growers.

How do you decide what goes in the boxes each week?

The boxes are made up each week of seasonal, fresh produce. We assess the options at the beginning of each week and choose the best available buys – making your buck go further!

Can I customise my order?

Yes you can.  Please just drop us a line and let us know your requirements. We will come back to you as soon as possible.

Do you supply organic or fair trade?

All New Zealand grown produce is fair trade and this makes up the majority of our boxes. We are not an organic supplier, sorry.

What if an item is not up to scratch?

If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of the produce you receive, please let us know and we will replace it as soon as we can, no questions asked.

Do you provide a gift service?

Yes, we do. We are often asked to deliver one off gifts by our existing clients. Please drop us a line and let us know what you have in mind.

Can I set up a standing order?

Yip. No worries. Just let us know your frequency.

Can I get a quote?

Of course!  Just drop us a line.

How do I pay?

We invoice our regular clients monthly. If you are a one off customer we will email you an invoice after delivery has been made. We do accept credit card payments if necessary.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms for offices are monthly. If you have special billing requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to work within them.

What do I do with my empty box?

Please keep hold of our wooden boxes as we rotate these. We have had to charge the odd customer for boxes that go AWOL (naughty!). We will pick up your empties when we drop off your next order. If you are giving our service a trial, we will deliver your order in a cardboard box.
